You're a HR generalist or People and Culture specialist who leads with curiosity and has a bias for action. You think about the people function holistically creating a culture that enables our people to thrive — connecting the dots between engagement, performance and people compliance and the commercial outcomes they drive. You will own people programmes end to end rather than administering them from the sidelines. You bring sound judgement, discretion, and a hands-on curiosity about what technology and AI can do for the way people work. Reporting to the Chief Operating and AI Officer you will have support from the Office and Culture Coordinator to help with the logistics of designing and delivering a people experience that has impact.
